DIY holiday goodness

How magical would it be to have a wreath that you made hanging over your door this holiday season? By attending the Nautical Wreath Workshop at The Maritime Museum of British Columbia, that’s just what can happen. Taking place on November 24 from 1 - 4 pm, you’ll transform a piece of rope into a beautiful wreath. Fun!

Picking up a gift

Winter markets are always fun affairs. On December 1, the one day Oaklands West Coast Winter Market will take place. There’ll be warm drinks, food, crafts, live music, and much more to keep you and your family having fun. Takes place at Oaklands Community Centre.

On the stage

Who doesn’t love the Nutcracker? No-one! You’ll love the version by the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, too, which takes place in Canada. There’ll also be live music presented by the Victoria Symphony, so you know that this is going to be a performance to remember. Takes place November 30 - December 2.

After all that Christmas fun, make sure you’re returning to the best hotel in Victoria for a night of relaxation. At the Days Inn Victoria Uptown hotel, you’ll have everything you need to fully relax, including a heated indoor pool if the weather gets cold.
